Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL REGARDLESS OF FIT OF BOOT. Make sure you are 100% certain of your size by referencing the details in each listing for any information about the fit of the boots. All of our products are hand embellished and diligently checked for imperfections before we ship out.

To help protect the warranties of the products, all returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

All returns are at my sole discretion. If a refund is granted, you have 7 days from approval to return the product, unused, unworn and undamaged. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of returned product recieved.
